Job Description
We are looking for motivated Sales & Marketing Associates to promote and onboard schools onto our digital learning platform, Masomo Sasa.
Masomo Sasa is a modern education management and learning platform designed for schools to manage students, exams, results, communication, and digital learning tools.
Your role will be to market the platform to schools, engage decision makers such as headteachers, administrators, and school owners, and successfully onboard them onto the system.
This is a commission-based opportunity where you earn for every successful school onboarding. You will have full flexibility, remote working, and marketing support from our team.
Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to approach schools and education institutions confidently
.Confidence in sales and client engagement.
Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
Comfortable working on commission-based earnings.
Ability to use WhatsApp, phone calls, and email for outreach.
Basic understanding of digital tools is an advantage.
Experience in sales, education sector, or marketing is a plus but not required.
Willingness to learn and consistently follow up leads.
